We have developed a wide range of solutions for vinification and maturation of your wines. Our range includes a wide variety of products: barrels from 57 to 600 L, oval and round casks, vinification and / or maturation tanks. Our large formats are both available with standard or customized dimensions, to fit in your cellar perfectly.

Tonnellerie Rousseau has always paid great attention to quality control. A fact witnessed and appreciated by over 800 customers around the world who use our products for wine making and ageing. Since its creation in 1954, the Tonnellerie Rousseau has trained and formed 10 MOF, including 3 generations of the Rousseau family. This success is based on a constant pursuit of excellence in the skills and craft of cooperage, and the ambition to offer customers the services of the best coopers in France.
Rousseau Oak
The Tonnellerie Rousseau has always had its double activity of casks and vats manufacturer. It is the only casks and vats manufacturer in Burgundy at the moment. The Tonnellerie Rousseau can deliver all types of barrels from 57 to 10000 litres.
To do so, we have 2 production sites :
– The first one in Couchey, which is the key point of the cooperage industry, and where the barrels between 57 and 600 litres are made.
– The second one in Fixin, where all the large vats are made, such as the truncated vats, the round and oval tuns with a capacity of 1000 litres and over.
